Raw Land

These are two parcels being sold as one. Combined area is 1,661 square meters (sqm). Lot has 20 to 40-year old fruit trees. Lot’s grade is slightly below street level. Combined lot measures about 42 meters (frontage) by 41 meters (deep). This is the combined measurement of the two titles. One title indicates a lot measuring 30 by 41 meters. The second title indicates a lot measuring 12 by 41 meters.

The asking price is Php 2,500 per square meter. (At Php 43 to US$ 1, this is US$ 58 per square meter.)

Fruit Trees

There were numerous Santol trees. A mature Santol tree reaches 45 meters (150 feet) and bears fruit multiple times from July to September. According to Wikipedia, a mature tree bears as many as 18,000 to 24,000 fruits a year! I didn’t realize it was that many. The tree is prized for its wood in addition to its fruit. I remember as a boy that its branches made the best slingshots!

There were also numerous mature Kasuy (Cashew) trees.
